Who we are
Ceylon Noir Spices (“we”, “us”) operates this website. For anything privacy-related, contact dineth@ceylonnoirspices.com.
What we collect
The email address you submit to the waitlist. When you sign up we also record how you reached us (the referring site or campaign link), your approximate location (city and country, worked out from your IP address, which we don’t store), your device and browser type, language and time zone. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
To let you know when we launch, and the occasional update about Ceylon Noir. Nothing else. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Who processes it
Your email is handled by our form-processing and hosting providers, whose servers may be located outside your country (including the United States). They process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send will include a way to opt out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including Canada (PIPEDA), the United States (state privacy laws such as the CCPA), and the EEA/UK (GDPR) — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll honour it regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16.
